Return/Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. Below are some of our rules for returning merchandise:

  • Must be within 30 days of purchase. Our 30 day policy starts on the day the order is placed and includes weekends and public holidays.
  • Product has not been worn or washed, tags are attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refund at our discretion based on the condition on the item returned.
  • SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

We are a small business, we do not offer free return shipping at this point, however it is something we would like to offering the future. We suggest a shipping method with tracking to ensure your item makes it back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Returns for a full refund insure a $3.00  handling fee that is deducted from your refund.

  • Your order number
  • Why you are returning
  • Which item(s) from your order

You do not like the color or want a different size? No problem! Please just go ahead and create anew order on our website for the item you want. To return your original order, just follow the returns procedure. You will receive a refund for items in new, unused condition.

Defective / Damaged

Do not worry! We will be happy to provide you with a return label to send the product back to us. Please fill our Customer Care form here with the following details:

  • Your order number or any information that will help us pull your order up.
  • Details of the issue (e.g. incorrect item or defective item received).
  • Pictures or video of the item.
